Five days of the week

I decided to do a post of outfits I wore every day of the week to school. Hope you find this inspirational!

Monday. Go Business causal. I wore a Navy Forever21 cotton blazer, Free People peter pan collared blouse, black Rich&Skinny jeans, and pointed toe Urban Outfitter boots. 

Tuesday. Go preppy. I wore a C&C California sweater dress, brown leather Urban Outfitter belt, Knee high wool socks, and Donald Pliner boots.

Wednesday. Take a day off and wear a comfy sweater. I wore JCrew denim button up, Forever21 sweater, Gap purple scarf, UO skinny slacks, and Steve by Steve Madden leather boots.

Thursday. Whoop Whoop! Almost friday! I wore Urban Outfitters blazer and shirt, Juicy Couture black structured leggings, and See by Chloe boots. 

Friday. You made it!

Flower power

Cheers to the last warm days here in Oklahoma! It has been unseasonable warm, like 70 degrees and up! But the weather here is bipolar.

Next time your at Starbucks or Whole Foods pick up these bad boys. They are delicious.

My favorite color... Black

This little black dress is from Anthropologie and am in love with it. It's a tad longer in the back but not noticeably, which in my opinion makes the dress. Also I took some pictures around my house of places and space I have decorated. I want to major in Interior Design so I have been trying to be
creative lately! The pot I painted my self! I will post a DYI on how to make it.

Sooner Fashion

OU vs. OSU is probably the biggest football game in Oklahoma. But of course my favorite team won! Boomer Sooner! Here, is what my mom and I wore to the game. And my little sister because she is so adorable!

Thrifty shopping

I have never been much of a thriftier, but I went the other day and actually found some good stuff! I look for name brands rather than bulky sweaters or whatever most people look for but here is what I found! I was also very pleasantly surprised when all these items where just MY size! I couldn't believe my luck. Now, I see why people get addicted to it....

Funeral- All black rule.

I feel that tradition is important. It is traditional to wear all black to a funeral, and not some frilly pink dress. This is what I wore to a funeral this weekend.

My favorite skirt

I love love love this skirt! It is from Urban Outfitters and I can wear it with just about anything! It never goes out of style because its a nice fit and has a classic touch to it.

Nature inspiration.

Fall is the best time to be creative with your wardrobe. Here, I wore a summer dress with a winter cardigan and boots! The options are endless to mix and match things. A sweater over a dress, jeans and a blouse, or even shorts and a sweater!

Forever21 sweaters

I recently had to run by my local mall to pick up something for my younger brother. While I was there I stopped into Forever21 and I came out with these two lovely sweaters. The pokadot one is soft and comfy. I had been keeping my eye out for one, because of this pokadot Craze this year. The other sweater is more traditional. I had seen Jessica Alba wearing one in a People style watch but hers was a blazer.

Causal Friday!

This morning I could not find anything the wear! The outfit I had picked out the night before just wasn't cutting it! So I thought... Hey causal Friday! So I grabbed my favorite pair of jeans and favorite comfy shirt and some trendy flats and I was on my way!

Lately all my picture have been taken by me with a mirror... I apologize for that! I normally have someone take a picture of me outside or something with a pretty background, but no one is ever up as early as me! So sorry for the nerdy middle school pictures... Airport Outfit

  I am heading to Florida. To the white sand beaches! Are you jealous?
Airports are all about looking cute I think. Websites like whowhatwear.com always does a segment called airport trends. I think it is important to always look your best at airports (and everyday) because you might just be sitting next to Taylor Swift and she would be like "Will you be my stylist? I just love your style!" Okay well thats just my personal day dream but whatever. I am wearing Juicy Couture white jeans, GAP brown leather sandals, a striped top from H&M, and a Marc by Marc Jacobs watch.

How to wear Boyfriend Shorts

     BoyFriend shorts are tricky to wear, but I also think boyfriend jeans are also tricky to wear. They are just so baggy compared to my straight leg or skinny pants that I know and love. The shorts I have on are by William Rast. I love his jeans by the way... But when I bought these shorts I went with my normal size since I had not purchased boyfriend pants before. I quickly learned to always go down a size. But with these shorts I just have to deal since they were a pretty penny. I paired these shorts with a hot pink belt from jcrew, button down top from the LOFT, Fossil watch, (fabulous) Kate Spade purse, and Rainbow leather sandals. I wore this look to go babysit. It was comfy but still cute!

New goodies + Outfits

 The green Jacket was my latest purchase from J-crew. I am so excited for this one to arrive in the mail even though I wont be wearing it for awhile in this heat...

 My new Kate Spade! I am in love with this bag. The pink goes with everything because it is such a unique color that it does not clash with my outfits. It is soft leather and has cute black and white poka-dots on the inside. This bag is on sale now at katespade.com I think everyone needs one of these!

 When I ordered the purse I also ordered this pink ring. I doubled it up with my kate spade knot ring.

 I wore this outfit to go on a date to paint pottery. It was so fun and relaxing to just paint and chat. I am wearing a black blouse. It was a gift so im not sure where it is from with Anthropology high waisted shorts. Gap sandals and a black Marc by Marc Jacobs watch.

 This is what I wore to church on sunday. Yes this is my second bird dress in one week. Oops. This dress is from H&M and very pretty fit. My sandals are DV.

With my dress I wore this watch to bring in browns to my outfit and to go with my brown leather sandals. I do this a lot actually and its great when you want to wear brown shoes with no brown tones in your clothing.
