  I have been looking for a pair of silk black shorts for the summer and when one of my favorite bloggers Zipped did a blog post wearing some I trusted her judgement and ordered me a pair. Needless to say, I love them!

I first saw these glasses in a Instagram post by GLAMOUR magazine and thought they were

very original and another plus was that I love velvet. These glasses are no longer available (they are called Velvet Underground) but Eye•Bobs has lots of other sassy styles!

she stays true to her own style. She styled this outfit for a day at work. Her work is casual so she keeps things comfortable but polished. I am wearing one of my go-to, every day outfits. I love stripes and have a multitude of pieces in striped print!

  My family and I decided to go take family pictures down at the Farmers Market last weekend because of all the colorful buildings. The cute little girl is my sister and she is styling her matching tank and shorts set quite well. She never leaves the house without a head band. Mini Blaire Waldorf in the making?

     This outfit is the most comfortable outfit I have ever worn, seriously! I am all for the loose fitted silk shorts trend! I styled this outfit for a night out with friends. I am keeping it cute but comfortable! And aren't my flowers looking lovely?

Vampire Weekend

      I never think I am camera shy till I go take pictures of my outfits. It is like all of a sudden I am very aware of my arms. But I am working on it! Vampire Weekend was an amazing concert. I would strongly suggest going to one of their concerts if you enjoy their music!
